The Gatsby Benchmarks are an important framework, which enable schools and colleges to create progressive careers programmes that address the needs of all pupils.

This year, the Greater Manchester Combined Authority Careers Hub found in their headteacher report that New Park Academy has achieved 100% compliance in all eight Gatsby Benchmarks by implementing a whole-school approach, ensuring students have access to a wide range of providers to learn about available pathways, and developing our staffs' confidence in embedding careers into the curriculum through continuous professional development.
